Susan Fried Photography

Susan Fried first fell in love with photography at the age of nine with her father's gift of a Kodak 126 camera. Her passion for the art has never waned.  Working as a freelance photographer and photojournalist for over 35 years., she is currently the chief photographer for The Seattle Skanner. In that capacity, Susan has captured decades of Pacific Northwest regional history including sociopolitical movements, community and youth activities and local appearances by influential world leaders including Nelson Mandela, the Dalai Llama, Bishop Desmond Tutu and future President Barack Obama.
